Zaius assists B2C marketers to delight your customers at every interaction. We provide the world’s only B2C CRM that collects and connects all of your customer data, analyzes and assists you to properly segment and personalize your marketing interactions, and ultimately design and deploy cross-channel campaigns to those customers.

We are looking for an energetic and organized self-starter who loves explaining cutting-edge technology and products in consumable, easy to understand enablement modules. If you have experience working at a SaaS company in a customer success, support, technical writing, or training role and are driven to take your career to the next level we should talk!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an expertise of the Zaius platform and the value customers should expect to achieve with it
  • Develop training content to define comprehensive learning paths based on the goals and needs of customers
  • Partner with product and customer success to develop and drive ideas to improve onboarding processes, self-service training flow, and value-oriented education
  • Leverage instructional design skills to create training delivery processes for both internal and external consumption
  • Maintain the product documentation to be accurate and up-to-date as new capabilities are released, being tightly involved in the release planning
  • Maintain training curriculum for certain high-value partners or customers to deliver personalized training packages
  • Deliver virtual, recorded, or in-person training sessions to audiences ranging from a few, to many dozens of participants
  • Serve as an advocate and an evangelist for the Zaius training programs
  • Develop thoughtful content to answer both technical and non-technical end-user questions, while also supporting a wide range of technologies
  • Provide effective documentation and guidance to customers and internal team members on implementation goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • You have 3(+) years of experience in a support, training or enablement role
  • You have an understanding of SaaS based products and experience with product training
  • You have experience managing multiple projects, and are a creative/resourceful problem solver
  • You’re an effective communicator and story-teller
  • You have a passion for learning environments and are committed to the success of customers
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a team player attitude
  • You take ownership of your work and constantly strive for continuous improvement
