Reggora is seeking a Product Enablement Manager (PEM) to help enable and empower our teams with the relevant product knowledge at Reggora. In this role, you will be a liaison between Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance teams. At the core, this role is focused on communication and elevating the productivity of each employee and team at Reggora.

This is a unique opportunity for an intellectually curious and dynamic individual to leverage their communication and analytical skills in this highly collaborative role to equip our teams with the necessary information to drive maximum value for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and continuously deliver department-specific training programs
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Managers to contextualize ongoing product development and functionality to develop relevant training materials
  • Leverage department-specific feedback to inform training material and internal tooling road map
  • Work with developers and construct a road map to build tooling for internal stakeholders
  • Synthesize feedback from various departments with respect to training materials or otherwise
  • Create buy-in both internally and externally, with key stakeholders and partners while negotiating priorities and trade-off as needed.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience solving complex problems
  • Natural curiosity for understanding human behavior
  • Ability to seamlessly switch between solving the most immediate problems at hand and keeping a bird’s eye view of the overall strategy 
  • Passion for financial and real estate technology
  • Self-starter and autonomous executor 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field
  • Natural empathy for customer and stakeholder with an ability to synthesize feedback and communicate
