Responsibilities:

Support Chief Product Officer in all areas of strategy, project management and team operations

  • Assist CPO on product vision and strategy updates and communicate companywide
  • Serve as thought partner to CPO on driving weekly and monthly prioritization efforts

Effectively build analytics competency within Product team

  • Create and refine detailed dashboards for usage behavior of all digital products
  • Use insights to drive feature prioritization and roadmap adjustments
  • Expose dashboards to tech team and help foster culture of continuous measurement and iteration throughout team

Build and own Engagement and Retention product function

  • Create user life-cycle model for Marketplace that could be replicated on other products
  • Create a regular stream of A/B tests to optimize traffic flows to and around product experience

Serve as Product Manager for our BI tools

  • Work closely with DSE team to develop final BI tool
  • Train key stakeholders throughout company on usage of BI tool
  • Gather internal requirements for further BI tool refinements and work with DSE to prioritize and develop improvements

Serve as voice of Commercial team in product development efforts

  • Represent Commercial team in sprint planning sessions and stay aligned with team needs from product

  • Self-starter; able to work with little guidance

  • Willingness to travel

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Banking, private equity, consulting or strategy/business development experience preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
