Learning Operations Specialist

POSITION:
We are looking for a talented Learning Operations Specialist to join our Digital Learning team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to serve as the subject matter expert and advisor on PI’s digital learning platforms, including our online Learning Center and Learning Management System. You will be responsible for the support, maintenance, innovation and implementation of all digital learning content and assets used to educate our partners and clients. The Learning Operations Specialist will understand PI’s business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes and support efficiency for delivering learning at scale.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Own PI’s digital learning technology and platforms.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements, provide feedback on usage, and suggested enhancements.
- Explore future capabilities to improve learning platforms, including functionality, appearance, programs, certifications and badging, etc.
- Manage LMS integrations with our software, Salesforce, SSO, and Community.
- Work with Business Intelligence to capture digital learning analytics from our LMS (currently docebo) and CRM (Salesforce) to aggregate data in DOMO.
- Act as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives.
- Maintain FAQs and support documents for clients and our Customer Support team.
- Perform quality checking and testing on all courses before they are launched.
- Manage relationship with LMS vendor.
- Perform LMS admin functions such as creating and managing user groups and catalog, setting administrator and user privileges for appropriate internal partners, manage tracking of course revisions and history, review and monitor system performance.
- Work with internal Subject Matter Experts and Learning Experience Designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accessing LMS course content.
- Partner with the LEARN team and other Subject Matter Experts to manage assets in the Learning Center and in LMS course catalogs.
- Serve as point of escalation for support issues, which may include interaction with LMS vendor and other vendor support services.
- Stay up to date on all LMS news (product updates, status reports, new features, service interruptions, etc.) and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapt and learn new procedures and software programs.
- Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendors.
- Expertise in implementing and managing a learning management system.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Experience extracting data from Salesforce (or similar CRM), data analysis, data visualization tools (e.g. DOMO), LMS, and Zoom.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools and/or other learning technology preferred.

- Articulate 360 or a similar content authoring tool
- HTML5 & CSS a plus
- Adobe Creative Suite - with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- WordPress or a similar blog creation site
Location:
The Predictive Index is primarily based in Westwood, MA, but this position also has the flexibility to work in a Boston-area office or remotely from anywhere in the US.
