As a Lead Product Manager at Payfactors, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and our customers to drive enhancements and utilization of our core platform, The right individual for this role is a creative problem solver, a passionate self-starter, and an amazing collaborator. You're also seasoned product manager with a consistent track record of working cross-functionally to build products that delight.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Work directly with clients, internal stakeholders and the market to understand how to evolve the Payfactors product 

Translate product vision and client research into minimum viable product with success measures and risks.

Act as the product owner on a sprint team which includes creating and managing product backlog items 

Work with Scrum Master, Architect and UI/UX to successfully deliver and deploy projects within the established timelines 

Cultivate effective relationships with Product Managers and Software Development Managers to understand, influence and coordinate on projects related to persona needs 

Be a product evangelist to internal and external stakeholders 

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: 

3+ years product management experience for B2B business models 

Compensation experience preferred 

Outstanding influencing abilities, and proven effectiveness in presenting ideas and plans clearly and confidently to all levels of management

Strong collaboration and leadership, along with customer service acumen, analytical and problem-solving mindset 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences

A passion for metrics and driving decisions with data 

Bias for action and experience making things happen in a fast-paced dynamic environment
