Buoy leverages artificial intelligence – powered by advanced machine learning and proprietary granular data - to resemble an exchange you would have with your favorite doctor – to provide consumers with a real-time, accurate analysis of their symptoms and help them easily and quickly embark on the right path to getting better. Job Description

We're looking for an exceptional and self-directed Product Manager to lead and build our next generation of Buoy Enterprise Solutions. Your products will make it easier for the employees and members of Buoy's Enterprise clients and partners to find the healthcare they need the moment they need it. Buoy's Enterprise Solutions leverage Artificial Intelligence to give employers and payers a scalable way to guide their people to the appropriate healthcare, thereby improving the quality of care delivery and saving time and cost. You will collaborate with our Business Development, Engineering, and Design teams to define and own our Enterprise product strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

-Define Enterprise product strategy, build and maintain the Enterprise product roadmap, and prioritize product features. Work with Consumer Product and Business Development Leads to deliver a unified vision.

-Define detailed product requirements based on client and business needs.

-Represent Buoy as a product expert during client interactions and events.

-Inspire and lead designers and developers to implement new product features.

-Communicate with client-facing teams throughout the development process to ensure client satisfaction and high adoption rate of products.

-Define and analyze product success metrics.

Minimum Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree.

-5-7 years of product management experience.

-Experience turning customer needs into a successful product strategy.

-Experience designing, building, and implementing custom applications.

-Vision-driven and self-motivated.

-Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

-Grace under pressure, and a sense of humor.

Preferred Requirements

-Technical expertise with a programming language.

-Experience managing teams using agile/scrum methodologies.
