The Director of IT Product Management - ERP will work with functional leaders across the organization to ensure that Oracle ERP Cloud functionality is fully leveraged to support the operational & strategic objectives of the company. In this role you will lead a high-performance team, and work with 3rd parties as needed to support the enablement of business objectives through Oracle ERP Cloud capabilities.

Critical to this role is the ability to analyze complex business processes, create & maintain strategic partnerships with business leaders, and build a team of Oracle Business Analysts, Product Managers & Functional Specialists capable of analyzing dynamic business requirements & helping to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a trusted partner to functional / business leaders of Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Marketplace/Carbon organizations
  • Build IT roadmaps for responsible business units & define product vision for Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Manage broad ERP project portfolios & lead cross-functional teams to deliver on tactical & strategic initiatives
  • Build a capable team of business analysts, product managers & functional specialists to support the business

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience with Oracle ERP; 3+ years’ experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Applications
  • 5+ years as an IT Business Partner or similar role involving strategic partnership with senior business stakeholders
  • Strong functional design / business analysis experience with Oracle Cloud Applications with a focus on Order to Cash (Order Mgt, AR, Cash Mgt, Pricing, Collections), P2P, Finance
  • Relevant finance experience such as planning / forecasting, intercompany & revenue recognition
  • Experience with Sales & Operations planning
  • Experience managing IT / ERP project portfolios & roadmaps
  • 5+ years experience in a people management role with demonstrated ability to develop, motivate and retain team members
  • Strong experience with global Oracle ERP technology rollouts, including the management of communication to end users & business stakeholders
  • Experience with ERP integrations (i.e. Salesforce, Workday, Concur, custom applications) and Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Understanding of Oracle Customer Master data (Customer, Supplier, Product) & familiarity with Oracle Product Hub
  • Experience with / understanding of industry standard process frameworks such as APQC
  • Agile/SCRUM delivery framework experience, Atlassian Jira/Confluence experience preferred
  • Willing to travel up to 25%

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
