Associate Product Manager, edX for Business 

edX seeks an Associate Product Manager to help develop, deliver, and grow edX products & services. As Associate Product Manager, your efforts will support organizations that need to provide high-quality education to their workforces at scale.

This unique role affords the Associate Product Manager an opportunity to be part of building a new business (edX for Business) that delivers on-demand online solutions to help companies grow and thrive. The edX for Business platform helps companies transform their workforce by providing training from top-tier institutions on skills their employees need to be productive.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early career professional looking to develop their skills in Product Management. As an edX Associate Product Manager, you will work with other product managers, engineering, user experience, and leaders across edX through the complete product development process, from strategy through execution.

 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and deliver great products in partnership with UX and engineering teams.
  • Interview and understand learners, customers, educators, and internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize top problems to solve.
  • Measure progress toward goals and achieve target outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product managers to discover emerging product needs and build a longer-term product strategy.
  • Communicate your team successes and strategy to the broader company, including edX executives and outside stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a product-focused role
  • Data-first mindset. You regularly seek new data to make better decisions.
  • Cross-functional leadership. You drive projects forward, managing and aligning the needs of peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and executives.
  • Experience operating and thriving in a high-growth, results oriented environment
  • Interest and aptitude in web technology and online education.
