Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager who has built consumer products that customers crave. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment based at our Andover, MA location. You will work with and influence cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out consumer products that deliver Blink’s vision and strategy for home security.
Responsibilities and Duties
Understand and improve our customers’ experience.
Identify, define, and fill product gaps. Generate and implement product roadmaps that grow market share 100% year over year.
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Develop product pricing and market positioning strategies
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products with rapid time-to-market
Drive product launches and introductions including working with our Marketing group, executives, operations, and other product management team members
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Qualifications and Skills
Five to eight years with proven work experience in consumer product management, including influence on industrial design and consumer packaging
Your evidence of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate return on investment recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding of and hands-on experience in software development, consumer products, and web technologies
Reputation and evidence of working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred; PMI Certification desired
