Gartner projects that more than 60% of online sellers will adopt marketplaces or include third-party sales in their eCommerce ecosystems by the end of 2020. To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model and further accelerate our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Senior People Operations Generalist.

In order to support this growth, we are looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our Americas team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering various HR plans, programs, trainings and procedures and recommended updates as needed
  • Liaising with People Team to update employee records through management of transaction in various HR systems, including hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations; creating and compiling reports to support recommendations and programs
  • Partnering with the Director of People Operations to manage formalized and ongoing performance management programs
  • Assisting with new employee onboarding including training and ramp-up tracking
  • Maintaining and building key People reports and managing HR data specific to the Americas region
  • Managing payroll and benefits including regional requirements for remote employees
  • Assisting with mid and annual performance reviews as well as quarterly employee satisfaction assessments
  • Managing and updating all employment contracts and related addendum for the Americas/APAC team
  • Overseeing day to day interactions with vendors and external partners (immigration, leaves, Health Benefits, PEO)
  • Acting as an ambassador and subject matter expert for “all things People” in your region

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a People related role
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Excitement about working in a high growth startup
  • Forward thinker who is not afraid to suggest new ways of doing things
  • This role is based out of our Somerville, MA office and cannot be remote
