HubSpot is looking for remarkable MBAs seeking to exercise entrepreneurial muscles at global scale in our MBA Summer Internship Program. Program Structure: A Path for Immediate Impact & First- Hand Learning
What you’ll work on: As an intern, you will work on assignments based on business need, as well as what you're passionate about learning. Some of the areas where MBA interns have made an impact in the past include:
- International Strategy and Operations
- Product Management
- M&A and Business Development
- Sales Strategy & Operations
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Services (HubSpot’s retention, consulting, on-boarding and support models)
- Marketing
Our business moves quickly, so your exact project will vary based on business needs. These potential areas are meant to get you thinking about the kinds of challenges we’re trying to solve, and the kind of impact we want you to make!
Beyond working on impactful projects, participation in the MBA Summer Internship also includes:
- Weekly meetings with HubSpot’s executive leadership team to discuss executive strategy, debate HubSpot’s growth path, and solicit feedback and insights on the projects you’re working on
- HubSpot Culture Events
- Programming and events with the other MBA interns and the Accelerated Leadership Program
