ABOUT THIS JOB

This Legal Operations Analyst role will be a driving force behind the success of the Legal team, and will be responsible for creating and improving processes, spearheading efforts in Contract Lifecycle Management, coordinating communications within the Legal team and with the broader LiveRamp organization, and many more key tasks.  This person will have an important role in improving the overall operational efficiency of the Legal team, and will have the freedom to identify key areas of improvement for the Legal team and tackle them.

YOU WILL:

  • Maintain the legal request tracking system, contracts repository, and other tools and systems used by the Legal team
  • Identify and implement legal department tools to streamline new or existing practices, and provide training and support to the Legal team members
  • Manage legal document intake and contract vendors for the Legal team
  • Work cross-functionally to automate workflows through Salesforce and drive overall efficiency through a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
  • Support the Legal team in contract negotiations 
  • Coordinate communications across the Legal team
  • Provide frontline support for process-related questions and feedback from customer facing teams
  • Develop skills in a number of different areas of the business including data analysis, tool development (ex: Excel, Smartsheets, Salesforce, GDrive), and subject matter expertise in Legal Ops
  • Effectively plan and execute team-wide projects to further the Legal team’s mission and goals, while liaising with cross-functional partners to move these initiatives forward
  • Assist on additional projects as they arise, including litigation and M&A support

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Legal operations, revenue operations or similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Must be self motivated, and able to work independently
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Smart, ethical, a team player, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions)
  • Must be able to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Word, Powerpoint and quick learner of new technology tools
  • Sense of humor :)

  • Experience with basic contract language, redlining, and reviews
