As Compliance Manager for Poloniex, you’ll help to build and scale global compliance programs for our premier cryptocurrency exchange, and oversee related activities and projects. You will work closely with Compliance and Risk leadership, reporting directly to the Poloniex Compliance Officer.

What you'll work on
- Enhance and maintain policies, procedures and control processes for effective management of Poloniex compliance programs
- Monitor the performance of the compliance programs, including the AML/CTF program, on a continuing basis, and take appropriate steps to improve effectiveness
- Provide guidance and feedback to operational teams as needed
- Develop program metrics
- Manage ongoing projects related to regulatory framework and integration of compliance programs with Circle global standards
- Coordinate with compliance officer on strategy, planning and prioritization
- Provide ongoing reporting to compliance officer and senior management
- Monitor changes to regulatory obligations and industry standards and coordinate responses as needed
What you'll bring to Circle
- 5+ years’ experience with regulated financial services companies or with audit firms focused on compliance and risk management
- Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Superior writing and communications skills
- CAMS certification a plus
