Payfactors is looking for an Associate Compliance Specialist to join our Security Team. You will play a key role in establishing the communication channel between customers, prospects, and Payfactors security practices. The right individual for this role will be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and have a high level of professionalism. Bachelor’s degree required
0-3 years of work experience, preferably in a technology-based company (SaaS experience a plus)
Experience working with multiple teams including Contracts/Legal, Engineering, IT, Sales, and Security
Experience working with customers or in a customer facing role
General understanding of technology and security
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to multi-task and deal with deadlines
Ability to collaborate with peers, managers, and clients
Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment
Awareness and pride in 100% client satisfaction
Boston-area based - No sponsorship or relocation available at this time
Facilitate and support the Security Compliance process with customers and prospects
Respond to customer inquiries related to the security program, such as questionnaires and audits
Manage documentation and evidence as related to compliance and assessments
Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer trends related to security
