About this roll* (Responsibilities)
At Toast, the Web and eCommerce team is responsible for optimizing Toasttab.com and Toast Shop experiences to drive increases in eCommerce purchases and leads to Sales. This co-op will focus on tracking implementations and insights around the opportunity to drive more traffic and conversion within Toast shopping experiences.
Key responsibilities and areas of focus could include:
Build useful Dashboards and reporting in Heap to help uncover areas for growth and awareness around the Toast shop
Help think through tracking requirements and instrumentation for net new initiatives
Uncover trends in the Toast Shop experience that can help inform eCommerce Upsell strategy
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
Comfort working cross-functionally with members inside and outside the organization across all levels.
Experience with Looker, Heap, Tableau or other similar analytics tools
Ability to derive insights from data
How you’ll grow:
Working with fast-paced teams focused on aggressive ROI goals
Ability to inform overall Web & eCommerce strategy
Experience with a large cross-functional team across Web, Design, Product, and Engineering
