Technical Project Management Co-op: Spring 2022

The Customer Care Operation team is looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven and process-obsessed individual to join our team. The Program Manager Co-Op will work to design and implement processes and process improvements for the Toast Customer Care Teams. This includes both new process development and existing process improvements that maximize the productivity of the team, with the end goal of increasing the customer experience. This role will work closely with Customer Care Leadership as well as the Business Systems and Operations team.
About this roll (responsibilities):
- Refine intake strategy and prioritization framework to ensure we are solving the right problems, in the right order that will drive the highest value and impact to business.
- Work with project managers across the organization to develop consistency and standardize processes across the broader project management organization.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and scope, and consistent with established standards.
- Use strong business acumen to manage risk and escalate impediments through a defined process for faster decision making.
- Provide analysis, status reports, and metrics to executive sponsors and senior management on a regular cadence.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and other functional areas of the organization

- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of sound decision-making and ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Technical Support functions
- Availability to work full time for the duration of the experience (January-May/June)
