We are looking for a smart and creative engineer to join our team of experienced developers located in the Waltham headquarter office. As a part of our agile team, you will be working on a variety of cutting-edge technologies for a high volume SaaS platform that enables our customers to get real results through email newsletters, surveys, events, Facebook promotions, online listings, and more.

Responsibilities Include:

• Independently work in a fast-paced environment. Learn new technologies. Keep abreast of industry trends.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to refactor and improve existing functionality, to build new functionality from scratch, to innovate new ideas, and to solve problems
• Participate in code reviews and retrospectives to help improve our agile development process

Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with a broad mix of technologies, including Java, JBoss, SQL (MySQL), Git and Linux.
• Curious about new technologies and ideas. Willingness to experiment and learn.
• Can-do positive attitude. High Energy.
