This co-op will have be motivated to understand the inner workings of our organization by providing support on the Indigo's Five Year Plan and other top company priorities, such as the international expansion of Marketplace, the launch of Carbon Marketplace, joint efforts with our Commercial team on our crop offerings, and the development of our Cotton and Water business. While on the Strategy team, this Co-op will engage cross-functionally to provide strategic, holistic thinking on company-wide projects and launches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researches key items related to a business plan and summarizes key takeaways in a format team members can use in analysis
- Lead and gather key research for business plans (i.e., addressable market size)
- Accomplish an operational task within a business plan
- Gather required inputs with for the Five Year Plan, including acres planted/harvested, total production, APH and baseline crop P&Ls
- Gather data from USDA (NASS, etc - similar international sites)
- Pull research in a summarized manner for key strategic decisions (i.e., gathering backup and details for International Expansion of Marketplace)
- Understand and embody our purpose & core values
