A little bit about us
ASICS Digital is a division of ASICS based in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to build innovative digital technologies to better connect the ASICS brand to its consumers. We are responsible for the continued development of fitness solutions such as ASICS Runkeeper and ASICS Studio, global Ecommerce platforms, and other digital services that inspire people to move, get fit and stay healthy.

Responsibilities:
- Perform and present on findings from a membership- or registration- related research project. The scope of your role would involve; performing market research diving into analytics and KPI data, running user surveys, and interviewing target customers
- Learn and eventually facilitate scrum ceremonies ( standup, grooming, retro, commits, brainstorms)
- As team grows write user stories and maintain the backlog
- Report progress and status to internal ASICS stakeholders
Possible product research projects:
- Identify region-specific best practices for membership registration including ideal retail experience and online technical requirements (for example, QR-code scanning, WeChat or LINE support, etc)
- Evaluate potential for various types of membership services, such as a valued customer survey, a shoe trial program, or a status-based digital rewards program
- Investigate and recommend best practices for introducing progressive profiling into OneASICS membership
Desired background:
- MA/MS candidate in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant major
- Has previous work or co-op experience in software, marketing, or business administration
- Experience with some of the following: writing and communicating project status, creating and presenting briefs tailored to different audiences, running unbiased user interviews and team discussions, performing product analyses, participating in a team that uses agile methodologies
