A Project Specialist is a person who will work closely with the Sr. Director of Program Management of Enterprise Programs within Product Management at Mimecast.  This person will also work closely to support efforts across the enterprise of Product Management to support new processes and needs required in a dynamic ever-changing software organization.  This may include assisting the organization through change management in the new way of doing things, assisting with the developing portals and assets of support that will make the organization run more efficiently and with greater ease and teamwork.

• Project Management Assistance
  
  • Project management activities that will support needs of deliverables across Product Management in the collection of assets and support of deliverables that could be used in quarterly review, field deliverables, or general needs across Product Management.
• Portal Assets
  
  • Working across the strategist teams to manage expectations, resources for support, and overall project tasks for completion
  • On-going maintenance needs of portal pages.
  • This would include asset collection and project management of assets to support individual pages.

• Commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix management environment
• Able to work with a variety of people at all levels of the company
• Self-starter and who can work across the entire organization of Product Management to deliver on key deliverables and events
• Highly organized, a self-starter and able to prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Microsoft Office experience mandatory with extensive emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
