The Onboarding Co-op will play a vital role in designing and implementing New Hire Training, virtual learning resources, and additional training based on needs of the business. For our monthly New Hire Training, the co-op will help develop training goals, assist with planning and execution, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements. The co-op will also help publish training resources to a virtual environment and increase adoption of these resources across the business. Finally, the co-op will assist in assessing additional training needs and develop resources where necessary, and do all this with a positive attitude and ownership mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for monthly New Hire Training to create a world-class welcome experience for new hires
  • Manage invites for training programs, sending invites, collecting RSVP's, following up and tracking attendance in a way that's clearly visible for all stakeholders
  • Analyze the impact of existing Learning Initiatives and recommend improvements to presenters and facilitators, including senior leadership
  • Design compelling, professional training collateral and provide helpful resources for application of learning following training
  • Edit and post videos of training to e-learning platform
  • Understand and embody our purpose & core values

  • Track, manage and analyze data and create dashboards to show trends in data over time; provide actionable feedback to stakeholders based on feedback
  • Simple video editing experience is a plus
  • Graphic design experience is a plus

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
