The People Strategy MBA Intern will play a significant role across the Indigo organization to help with a variety of People-related initiatives and will own a discrete high priority strategic project for the People team in 2020.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute against a high priority strategic project for the Indigo People team aligned with the overall people strategy, potentially focused on:
    • Developing robust talent analytics to inform recruiting / retaining top talent
    • Using quantitative and qualitative evidence to enhancing the employee/candidate experience
    • Analyzing and redesigning external talent brand to support recruiting efforts
  • Assist People leadership in preparing critical analyses and materials for CEO and Board
  • Contribute thoughtful input on other People team initiatives (e.g., diversity and inclusion, culture)

Past projects have included:

  • Researching leading People practices for high-growth startups and designing future state People team organization
  • Supporting design of diversity and inclusion strategy
  • Designing a health and wellness strategy and flagship programming
  • Analyzing internal sustainability

Projects will be defined based on a combination of business needs and candidate interests.

Qualifications:

  • 1st year MBA candidate with 3+ years of professional experience

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
