MBA Intern - People Strategy

The People Strategy MBA Intern will play a significant role across the Indigo organization to help with a variety of People-related initiatives and will own a discrete high priority strategic project for the People team in 2020.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute against a high priority strategic project for the Indigo People team aligned with the overall people strategy, potentially focused on:
- Developing robust talent analytics to inform recruiting / retaining top talent
- Using quantitative and qualitative evidence to enhancing the employee/candidate experience
- Analyzing and redesigning external talent brand to support recruiting efforts
- Assist People leadership in preparing critical analyses and materials for CEO and Board
- Contribute thoughtful input on other People team initiatives (e.g., diversity and inclusion, culture)
Past projects have included:
- Researching leading People practices for high-growth startups and designing future state People team organization
- Supporting design of diversity and inclusion strategy
- Designing a health and wellness strategy and flagship programming
- Analyzing internal sustainability
Projects will be defined based on a combination of business needs and candidate interests.

Qualifications:
- 1st year MBA candidate with 3+ years of professional experience
