Responsibilities:

  • Lead a specific project and support develop International 5-year business plan
  • Manage the tailoring, roll out, and execution of new business models and products in international geographies
  • Support International and local teams to deliver operational-critical tasks
  • Lead high-priority projects relating to Indigo’s international expansion
  • Serve as a key contributor to international business development workstreams

Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interest in Indigo’s mission and helping company to execute and achieve goals
  • Able to manage ambiguity and work on multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Critical-thinker able to evaluate differences across products, markets, and business models
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a positive and team-oriented way whether as a project lead or as a contributor
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and strong financial modeling skills/experience
  • International business experience is requested
  • Working proficiency in a second language strongly preferred

Qualifications:

  • 1st year MBA candidate
  • Banking, private equity, consulting and/or strategy/business development experience preferred
  • Agriculture experience is a plus
  • Experience managing others or coordinating work across different multidisciplinary teams, able to do so in a respectful and productive manner that helps develop others
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a positive and team-oriented way whether as a project lead or as a contributor

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
