Perceptive Automata is using our understanding of human behavior combined with computer vision and machine learning to help make autonomous vehicles safer for others on and near the road.

We are looking to add a dynamic Marketing Manager to our team to manage all marketing activities for Perceptive. It will be critical for this position to work cross functional 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leadership: Strategic leader behind Perceptive’s Brand & Product Marketing goals & vision with the ability to quantitatively report on the results of marketing activities 
  • Campaigns: Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution 
  • Go-to-market: Develop go-to-market strategies (e.g. target users, pricing, product launches)
  • Product Messaging: Defining and shaping the core product positioning and value proposition of our products 
  • Sales Enablement: Build Sales Enablement (e.g. product trainings, collateral, demos) 
  • Content Creation: Ability to create content (blog posts, website content, etc.) along with ability to set direction and strategy 
  • Customer Insights: Obtain insights into customers’ usage of products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data 
  • Product Requirements: Inform new product requirements with data that represents key market analysis, customer insights and business rationale that supports our company strategy 

Minimum Requirements:  

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing / product marketing 
  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or related field 
  • Experience working in a fast-moving and sometimes uncertain environment (e.g. startups, dynamic tech company) with technical / engineering teams 
  • Experience working on a product before product-market fit has been established 
  • Solid knowledge and demonstrable success in utilizing  web & social analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Etc.) 
  • Proven ability to coordinate teams won key initiatives related to product marketing and working cross functionally in a highly collaborative environment 
  • Strong demonstrable communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence 
  • Prior experience in Automotive or Autonomous vehicle fields 
  • Experience in design and copy-writing
  • Experience in Product Management
  • Experience in Brand Marketing
