Carbon Black is searching for a Summer Legal Intern. We are a publicly traded, global technology company with headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts.

The Legal Intern will, through real world experience and training, gain practical corporate legal skills and insight into the in-house legal profession. The Legal Intern will have the opportunity to work with different departments across the organization and engage in multiple projects on a variety of issues with a focus on corporate, compliance, sales and marketing. He/she/they will assist with corporate governance matters, review agreements, and conduct legal research on a variety of topics including privacy and compliance and international law matters.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate –

• Is a first or second year law student pursuing a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

• Has superior interpersonal and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to work well and communicate effectively with peers, management, and external resources.

• Is able to organize and effectively deal with a high-volume work-load and concurrent multiple assignments.

• Possesses a professional attitude.
