Mimecast is looking for a Software QA Associate to work on Business Systems QA team.  As an integral member of the team you will be involved throughout system life cycle; responsibilities include designing and implementing manual tests to ensure systems quality and usability.

You will play an important role in our company’s development process. You are a self-motivated team player who is willing to learn and collaborate with other team members.

• Development and execution of test plans to ensure overall quality of Business Systems with a focus on Salesforce
• Work cross-functionally with Development and QA to ensure QA requirements are understood and well-defined
• Update and maintain the regression test suite as the Business Systems evolve
• Identify and clearly articulate issues and risks including software bugs
• Support troubleshooting of technical problems, working with team members

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and persevere to understand Salesforce and associated Business Systems
• Some experience analyzing and testing software is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking approach

• Exposure to Salesforce
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Excel or Smartsheet
• Highly motivated and self-driven with creative approach to testing
