Culture Events & Programming Intern

You will have the chance to join HubSpot’s Culture Team as a key member. What does this mean exactly? For starters, you get to dream up and plan company-wide events and programs that contribute to HubSpot’s award-winning culture. You will be responsible for both professional and social programming this summer. This includes (but isn't limited to) several city-wide events focused on diversity & inclusion, such as Catalysts for Change and Diversity in Sales, and company-focused events, such as an employee spelling bee, a karaoke night, and more. In addition, you will also plan and execute the summer-long celebrations for you and your fellow interns. Lastly, you will help draft global internal communications, make recommendations for and manage relationships with vendors, and brainstorm new events and initiatives. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, empathetic, creative, strong writers, passionate, and curious.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student (rising junior/senior preferred)
  • Thoughtfully written response to posed question
  • 3.2 GPA and above
  • Full-time availability only
