This role will support Transport leadership with all commercial business enablement activities related to standing up and enabling a commercial filed team and our regional operating model.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop historical analysis to set up commercial sales goals
  • Update sales incentive plans content to reflect Q4 and Q1 updates
  • Track sales incentive plan progress
  • Support general sales incentive plan administration
  • Monitor and report on commercial platform metrics
  • Build and maintain Looker and Salesforce dashboards
  • Create onboarding and training content
  • Develop optimized hiring profiles for Transport using OAD Manage technology requirements queues to ensuring proper tracking and timely follow up

  • Flexible with time; able to travel up to 50%

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
