We’re looking for an extremely organized, process-oriented Brand Marketing Co-op intern to help steward the creative development and production process, from project inception through finalization. This individual will also help to drive the implementation and maintenance of a new digital asset management system that will house all brand and creative assets. In addition to these responsibilities, this role will also be asked to support ad hoc creative tasks, such as website updates, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creative Process Ownership: Help to oversee and drive creative process coordination from briefing through to production finalization. Including but not limited to:
  • Briefing Coordination
  • Timeline development
  • Meeting set-up & coordination
  • Feedback compilation
  • Facilitating legal review and approval
  • Production and vendor support
• Digital Asset Management (DAM) system management: Support implementation and maintenance of DAM, including uploading and tagging of creative assets
• Ad Hoc Creative Updates: Facilitate ad hoc creative tasks, including digital platform updates (ex. website requests such as terms and conditions pages, copy/asset updates, etc.)
• Provide ad hoc support for execution of our integrated commercial campaigns in partnership with integrated commercial lead
