Responsibilities:
- Help craft and implement a superior customer experience unlike any other offered in the payments industry today
- Partner with Product Marketing to define and manage the vision, positioning and overall strategy of Toast Payments
- Partner with the Sales Enablement team to manage and facilitate a Toast Payments continuing education program
- Utilize a consultative relationship approach to embed Toast Payments understanding at all levels within organization
- Become a Payments expert and keep a firm pulse on the Payments industry and broadly communicate trends occurring within the ecosystem
- Partner with the Payments Product team to support program management of new payments product investments and rollout
- Identify and uncover opportunities to delight customers within Toast Payments
Skills/Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong time management, organizational and relationship skills
- Understanding of revenue generation and maintenance
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Prior experience and/or solid understanding of payment processing industry preferred
