Senior Director of Pricing, Global Markets

Responsibilities:
- Own and drive new Strategic Pricing Process to be rolled out across relevant departments
- Develop global pricing framework outlining scalable and relevant pricing approaches and techniques across Indigo products and services
- Implement methodology to manage pricing on an ongoing basis (including developing KPIs to track progress)
- Create strategic pricing framework to achieve company goals (i.e. balancing adoption vs. take rate)
- Hire and on-board a highly effective team
- Audit existing pricing methods and existing prices
- Establish pricing research process

Qualifications:
- Experience working in pricing and/or profitability management across many verticals (including pricing strategy); agriculture experience nice to have but not required
- Experience managing a small team
- Previous experience interacting with and delivering to upper management
- Boston-based preferred
