Responsibilities:

• Own and drive new Strategic Pricing Process to be rolled out across relevant departments
  
  • Develop global pricing framework outlining scalable and relevant pricing approaches and techniques across Indigo products and services 
  • Implement methodology to manage pricing on an ongoing basis (including developing KPIs to track progress)
• Create strategic pricing framework to achieve company goals (i.e. balancing adoption vs. take rate)
• Hire and on-board a highly effective team 
• Audit existing pricing methods and existing prices 
• Establish pricing research process

Qualifications:

• Experience working in pricing and/or profitability management across many verticals (including pricing strategy); agriculture experience nice to have but not required
• Experience managing a small team
• Previous experience interacting with and delivering to upper management
• Boston-based preferred
