Position Summary:

The Tax & Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities. This includes assisting with the development of cash management reporting and analysis. Also will help assist the cash forecasting process. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash activities for the US.
• Monitor daily cash flow and projections.
• Monitor and administer intercompany settlements on a monthly basis.
• Assess timing of dividends to reduce FX exposure and minimize cash taxes.
• Contribute to the global cash management strategy.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, balance and bank cost information.
• Work with financial service providers to coordinate account openings, closures, and changes in signatories.
• Produce and distribute bi monthly global cash report.
• Assist in building hedging strategy for the company.
• Analyze A/R and cash balances on a monthly basis to assess need for hedging.
• Report monthly hedging activity effectiveness.
• Support standby letters of credit and bank guarantees requirements.

Experience & Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years work experience in treasury/cash management, preferably in a Multi-national company.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP / financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple task under tight deadlines.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Finance/Accounting required.
