You will partner with FP&A, Controllers, and other teams across CFO to understand financial performance, leveraging data platforms to identify key information that will help tell the story. You will provide support to Insurance/Digital Operations on performance, opportunities for cost efficiencies, benchmarking comparisons, sales, profitability and results and considerations for decision-making. • Assess reasonableness and own communication of highly visible unit cost and advisor satisfaction KPIs. Partner with Insurance/Digital Operations and the CFO FP&A team to develop new KPIs as necessary.

  • Contribute to commentary explaining results for quarter-end closes and full-year forecasts, and monthly management reporting.
