You should expect to….

• Be responsible for month-end close procedures, including preparation of monthly journal entries, account reconciliation and analysis of results
• Identify and implement process improvements to help reduce time to close and improve upon accuracy of underlying accounting records
• Assist with development and maintenance of documentation of all accounting policies and procedures
• Work closely with auditors throughout the year ensure that the quality of our accounting records is of audit ready
• Manage AR and AP process
• Process payroll
• Work with business leads to generate various accruals for cross-functional departments and overall corporate accounting activities
• Understand and manage revenue recognition policy for platform and services contracts
• Be a key stakeholder for R&D and implementation projects to ensure proper accounting
• Play a key role in budgeting and re-forecasting process
• Assist in special projects as they arise

Terrific if you have…  

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years of operational accounting experience
• Strong analytical and accounting skills
• Strong financial and operational systems experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to explain concepts clearly
• Planning and organization
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and drive your own work
