Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic individual to join a high-performing team that owns the accounting and financial reporting functions. This position must be able to work cross functionally and wear multiple hats.

Key Activities:

• Participate in multiple accounting operations such as A/P, Payroll, Expense Reports
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions on a monthly basis
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries as part of the month-end close
• Ensure expenses are coded correctly by location and account. Perform flux analysis on general ledger accounts
• Manage invoice and payment processing, and vendor relations
• Assist with annual audits, insurance renewals, tax filings
• Assist in the maintenance and implementation of company policies, procedures, and controls
• Navigate various finance and accounting ad hoc projects as assigned by Accounting Manager

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years of related accounting experience, B.S. in Accounting
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
• High energy, enthusiasm and ambition to grow in your career
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic understanding of US GAAP
