Bullhorn is looking for a Sr. Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team.
Why this job is important:
Bullhorn is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner who will work with the R&D and Technical Operations organizations. Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Finance, the Business Partner will be a key member of these functional leadership teams. In addition to leading core FP&A budgeting, forecasting and monthly management reporting processes for these functions, the Senior Finance Business Partner will develop a set of KPI and ROI analyses to be presented in QBR meetings (quarterly business reviews), with the goal of driving efficiencies in the organization and identifying investment opportunities for Bullhorn.
A typical day might include:
• Acting as the trusted financial business partner to senior leaders
• Providing financial analysis, business modeling, and decision support for the R&D and Technical Operations organizations
• Advising functional leadership on key operational issues and providing recommendations for the establishment and achievement of financial objectives
• Delivering financial reporting and providing insight and commentary on results
• Assisting with or facilitating special projects, analyses or ad hoc reports
