Right now, there is an opportunity to join the US team working from our stunning offices in Boston to help us support the Fuze teams in providing essential services to our customers – pre-sales, project delivery and day-to-day support.

Fuze is seeking a motivated and conscientious team player to join the Logistics team as a Shipping & Inventory Associate. This role is not customer facing but requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of internal teams. The Associate will be responsible for maintaining, shipping, and documenting the use of company inventory, in addition to assisting with the general needs of the Logistics department. The candidate for this role is going to ensure customer satisfaction by enabling internal teams to meet set timelines.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the following:

  • Work with internal teams to facilitate the customer ordering process and ensure timelines are met
  • Monitor shipping requirements and order supplies
  • Package and ship products to locations in the U.S. and worldwide
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
  • Work in vendor portals to order stock or arrange drop-shipping of hardware
  • Receive and catalogue inventory
  • Work with finance department to audit stock levels
  • Ensure the security of inventory
  • Facilitate product return process for customers
  • Create customs documentation for international shipments as and when required
  • Monitor shipments in transit and work with Fedex to make changes when necessary

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree or relevant work experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Information technology skills
  • Must be at ease operating in a dynamic team, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude and be accountable for assigned tasks
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Candidate must be well organized, creative and very detailed oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Must have a desire to learn
  • Ability to appreciate when asking questions is the right approach before proceeding

Beneficial Assets

  • Experience working with Fedex or UPS software
  • Knowledge of international shipping documentation
  • Knowledge of telecoms
