POSITION: Revenue Optimization Manager

JOB DUTIES: As an independent contributor, position will be responsible for driving the pricing and segmentation strategy for the Business Listings and Trip Connect product lines. Position will initiate, recommend, roll out, test and iterate scalable revenue optimization programs across the business that drive and accelerate revenue growth; measure, report and analyze results across products, channel, platform and other performance segments; manage and develop pricing models and value proposition strategy to ensure revenue is optimized from established segments and markets while developing strategies for emerging segments, markets and new products; drive decision making and strategy with data and analytical insight; execute multiple projects across teams to successfully achieve specific goals and objectives; help to identify and fill data gaps using internal resources and outside vendors; provide input on significant sales and marketing reports and analytical projects and act independently to ensure they meet business needs; collaborate with other functional teams to understand the impact of analysis across multiple areas of the business and; share expertise and best practices with analytical functions across the business to develop sound strategies to deliver on future projects.

REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; and one (1) year of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered, or in a related position including the following: Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with data development using a variety of relational databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL and Hadoop/Hive; Experience handling and analyzing large disparate data sets to successfully drive commercial conclusions; Database design and data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing; Strong statistical data modeling, analysis and visualization skills; Experience in data mining, statistical modeling, predictive analytics and statistics tool such as R or Python; Demonstrable experience using Excel to create complex formulas, pivot and develop models; Experience developing Business Intelligence Solutions for Business Users.
