Provides campaign and customer analytics support to the marketing departments within the ADUSA umbrella. Translates customer behavioral information into accurate, insightful and predictive information for business stakeholders. Also monitors external impacts to customer shopping behavior to shape customer contact.
Recipe for Success - What's "in store" for the role
- Creates post-campaign analysis (response and redemption rates, incremental lift, ROI) including future recommendations for audience selections and offer targeting.
- Provides strategic insight based on existing data sources and contributes to conversations regarding future data enrichment (i.e. data appends, new mover lists, etc.). - Collaborates with 3rd party vendor to design customer behavioral models that guide audience development, support campaign offer targeting and forecast campaign impact. - Supports the brands in the execution of valid test/control methodologies and audience selection criteria as needed.
- Develops and publishes re-usable reporting templates to be leveraged across Delhaize America.
- Conducts quarterly user training on reporting application.
- Designs, develops and delivers timely and error-free reports on a regular and ad hoc basis as needed.
- Identifies customer behavioral trends as it relates to offer treatments, marketing creative and timing to offer proactive recommendations in support of sales goals.
- Works closely within a team environment to incorporate collaborative business plans utilizing both internal and external data partners.
- Works with a wide variety of internal BI systems, syndicated data systems and proprietary vendor provided system to generate meaningful recommendations and insights to support the CCDM's goals and objectives
The Essentials In Your Cart - The required ingredients
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations, Research, or other quantitative science and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Minimum 2 years, or 1 year plus Masters Degree, including:
- 1+ years of experience using SQL and BI analytics platform (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Extra Spices - What you should bring to the table
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite
- Proficient with data query and insight tools such as Microstrategy, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks. SQL Experience is a must. Working within the eCommerce grocery delivery industry is a plus.
