The role of Marketplace Regulatory Finance Analyst will be responsible for extracting large sets of data for review and analysis, play an instrumental role in working with Regulatory on reporting needs with state grain authorities, produce or compile documentation for audit selections, and help to resolve any and all tax notices with relevant authorities.
Responsibilities:
Own the following processes:
- Daily Position Reporting by state
- Outstanding settlement reporting
- Monthly delivery reports by state
- Gain a detailed understanding of legal entity distinctions/importance
- Data analysis and cash forecasting
- Reporting of open transactions to state grain boards
- Key player in grain dealer license audit response
- Reporting of financial health KPIs
Recommend process improvements within data systems to better facilitate our current processes
Become comfortable with data extraction from general ledger system
Quickly assimilate into the Finance group to ensure seamless support to business organization and internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree, required
- Accounting and systems understanding at a base level
- Orientation towards finance/business as a career
- E-commerce or financial technology service industry experience, preferred
