- Work with stakeholders across the Company to implement FP&A best practices and frameworks to analyze the Company
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring a robust understanding of key operational and financial drivers
- Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting of financial results, including variances to forecast and budget; ensure key issues, risks, and business drivers are clearly understood by Leadership
- Assist in assessing and implementing best in class financial planning systems
- Perform financial benchmarking, evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify new KPIs to evaluate business fundamentals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide value-added financial analysis and support of business reviews and decisions from the financial perspective, including but not limited to, operational efficiency, cost-saving opportunities, vendor selection and negotiation, contract management, etc.
- Consult with stakeholders to assess the ROI on various initiatives (e.g. volume bonuses; technology roadmap)

- BS/BA+ in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSF, CFA) a plus
- 3-7 years of experience with at least 3 years working in FP&A
- Proven ability to think analytically, while also possessing exemplary financial skills and excellent communication
