The Financial Analyst will provide in-depth and insightful budgeting, reporting and analytical support to the business with a focus on financial planning and analysis of the budget, forecasts and monthly actual results. The individual will be looked upon as a key business partner to the team and be responsible for ad-hoc projects requiring analytical, presentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with various managers providing business support and guidance
• Develop and present actual/forecast/budgeting for spending, headcount and capital investments
• Ownership in supporting and forecasting financial modeling in current and future business lines
• Support business reviews/presentations (board data, quarterly reviews, budget presentations, etc.)
• Provide variance and trend analysis
• Identify cost savings and incremental revenue opportunities
• Assist with annual audit deliverables
• Work collaboratively with others within the organization

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• 3-5 years of finance support experience
• Demonstrated experience in revenue analysis and business intelligence system a plus
• Financial modeling, analytical skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Ability to effectively multi-task projects with competing priorities; make decisions under pressure and work under tight deadlines
• Self-starter with ability to anticipate issues and proactively provide creative solutions
• Ability to work independently and within various teams
