We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will help support the annual budget process, monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting, KPI analysis, sales commission analysis, and various ad hoc financial analysis—all of which provide critical information for the senior management team, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders. This role will work closely with various functions across the organization.

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Assist in development and tracking of key performance indicators
• Analyze monthly results to help understand performance, identify trends and report on findings
• Analyze and compile reports on various revenue streams – research anomalies, identify trends and report on findings
• Update monthly rolling forecast in collaboration with business unit leaders
• Assist in sales commission calculations in Xactly
• Contribute to special projects such as strategic planning, process optimization, external benchmarking, etc.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed for the senior management team and key business stakeholders

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences in finance analysis – preferably SaaS based, high tech
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint; experience working with large data sets
• Financial and analytical experience including familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve results in fast paced, dynamic, and changing environment
• Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills working with peers and various levels of management; detail orientated and organized
