What you'll do:

Be the main focal point in the US operation for all finance-related topics.

Preparation of US Subsidiary financial statements under US GAAP (Monthly, quarterly, yearly)

Ensure compliance with US regulations including Federal tax return, state tax return, sales tax, payroll benefits, US insurance etc.

Participation and support of audit process with auditors including the provision of WP's as required for quarterly reviews and annual audit

Perform and implement different controls to ensure accuracy of reports

Managing the US payroll cycle, approving accuracy of payroll

Verify proper implementation of the company’s processes and policies (expenses, travel, etc)

Approving vendors payments 

Work closely with our financial service providers

Ad-Hoc projects

Position Intro:

The US finance Manager is a critical member of the Earnix worldwide finance team, leading the finance activities of the US subsidiary. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

CPA (US) or a demonstrated experience working as a finance manager/controller in the US

BIG accounting firm/ US compliance team and/or High-Tech department practice

Finance Manager/Controller in a Hi-Tech company

Strong US compliance knowledge

Strong accounting knowledge of US GAAP

Excellent excel skills

Strong analytical skills

A major advantage for knowledge and experience with SAAS-based metrics (ARR, ACV, churn rates, etc.)

Experience with NetSuite – a major advantage!
