As a financial analyst here at Fuze, you will have the opportunity to work cross functionally across the organization. This position will be an integral member of the Company’s finance team, assisting in all facets of financial reporting, planning and analysis. This position will also provide business partnering support to senior management and functional managers.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in developing and publishing regular management reporting/BOD packages
• Support the identification and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (“KPI’s”) for operating units
• Play a key role in the annual planning process; assist in developing the Company’s operating and capital budgets
• Work with finance team and operating managers to maintain accurate forecast of Company performance
• Support month-end close process: validate accruals, prepare variance analysis and written commentary
• Perform operational analysis and participate in process improvement initiatives
• Assist with various ad hoc reporting/financial projects as assigned by management

What you have:

• Expert Excel and financial modeling skills
• Solid fundamental accounting knowledge
• Finance, Economics, Accounting or related degree preferred
• Must be detail oriented, punctual, organized and able to handle multiple priorities in order to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work with all levels within a company, including executive management
• Ability to recognize problems, gather data, draw valid conclusions, and effectively present information to managers, peers, and customers
