Billing Support Admin

Fuze is looking for a Billing Support Admin to join the Accounting & Finance team.
The Billing Support Admin is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks which include; creating and editing customer invoices, delivering (either electronically or via mail) invoices to customers, and researching discrepancies on invoices. The analyst will be accountable for invoicing, tracking and collecting receivables and may be asked to participate in financial operations audits as needed.
What you'll do:
- This position performs basic to complex quality assurance, audit, validation, and data entry tasks.
- Ensure proper organization of electronic files for historical reviews
- Enter approved credits into NetSuite
- Ensure all invoices are accurate
- Follow-up with customers regarding those payments
- Maintain a high level of accuracy on assigned tasks
What you have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe PDF
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities
