What you'll do:

• Train, assist and manage a team of Billing & Collection Analysts
• Assist in planning and implementing billing procedures
• Maintain active lines of communication within and between departmentsto resolve billing issues and provide effective feedback and problem resolution
• Represent the Billing team in cross-functional projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives 
• Review and approve credits/adjustments per company policy
• Analyze and present billing metrics to management team

What you have:

• At least 5 years of people management experience, preferably with a high growth software company
• Experience with Concur a plus
• Excellent attention-to-detail, time-management, work ethic, and customer service skills required
• Excellent communications skills required
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel,
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Bachelor's degree
