What you'll do:
- Train, assist and manage a team of Billing & Collection Analysts
- Assist in planning and implementing billing procedures
- Maintain active lines of communication within and between departmentsto resolve billing issues and provide effective feedback and problem resolution
- Represent the Billing team in cross-functional projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Review and approve credits/adjustments per company policy
- Analyze and present billing metrics to management team
What you have:
- At least 5 years of people management experience, preferably with a high growth software company
- Experience with Concur a plus
- Excellent attention-to-detail, time-management, work ethic, and customer service skills required
- Excellent communications skills required
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel,
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Bachelor's degree
