Assistant Controller - CloudHealth Technologies by VMware

We’re looking for a versatile, agile Assistant Controller to manage day-to-day operations in the Finance organization.

You Will:

• Manage FP&A and Accounting Teams.

• Prepare Financial Statements on a monthly basis.

• Lead Month-End close process.

• Maintain SaaS Metrics and reform as necessary.

• Create and maintain financial budgets, both with internal departments, and parent reporting requirements.

• Act as main point-of-contact to VMware Accounting teams to ensure agility across the entire organization.

• Ensure SOX Compliance and related reporting to Parent.

• Assist in System Enhancements and Continuous Process Improvement efforts.

You Have:

• 5-7 years experience in an FP&A or Accounting organization

• SaaS reporting experience a must

• CPA and/or MBA

• Possess strong leadership, supervisory and management abilities

• A drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges

• Tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm

• A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
