Function of the role:
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Rep with strong communication skills to join our team based in Boston. We are on a hybrid schedule with office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the rest of the time, work remotely.

Main Responsibilities will include:
• Monitor client balances and take appropriate action to ensure timely payment
• Escalate aged items and drive resolution to reduce aged debit
• Achieve monthly and yearly cash collection targets
• Identify, record, and resolve client disputes in a timely manner
• Respond to both internal and external correspondence in a timely manner
• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently including invoice validation and payment application
• Monitor exceptions and ensure timely responses to/ from Business Partners
• Suggest process improvements to enhance work quality and improve productivity
• Collect client feedback and respond in a timely manner to maintain client relationships, including escalation to management if necessary
• Other duties as required to support clients and Leyton in meeting their goals
Desired experience and skills:
• MS Office and Experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail with the ability to focus on accuracy while handling multiple tasks
• Excellent analytical skills with a customer service approach to problem solving
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as the ability to work independently and self-motivate
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in a corporate setting, customer service, finance, accounting, or banking preferred
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
