Wayfair’s Accounts Receivable Team is currently looking for a talented individual to join their team. The role is for an Entry Level employee to work with resolving customer-facing payment issues. 

The AR Team is comprised of 11 people who are big on teamwork and getting things done in an efficient and forward thinking manner. Our day to day is ever-evolving and has an effect on multiple departments. Outside of Finance, the departments we work with most are Operations, Engineering and Customer Service. There is no previous Accounting or Finance experience needed but some of the ideal candidate’s traits are listed below:

The analyst will work closely with various Admin tools, Excel, and SQL reporting. This role will be integral in providing our customers with proper payment processing and collecting outstanding order revenue.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process incoming Finance Tickets from external departments
• Work with teammates to identify, analyze, and resolve order payment issues
• Work with BAMs to approve incoming purchase order requests
• Perform outreach with B2B clients to collect payment on outstanding orders

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Strong quantitative and communication skills
• Savvy, quick thinking and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Beginner Excel knowledge
